Valet Parking Terms and Conditions of Entry

Terms and Conditions upon which United Parking LLC accepts this vehicle:

1. The person presenting this vehicle to United Parking LLC represents and warrants that such person is the owner or authorized controller of the vehicle and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.
2. United Parking LLC does not agree to accept any goods for safe custody and does not accept responsibility for the same. Please remove anything of value from your vehicle before giving to care and control to United Parking LLC
3. United Parking LLC may move and drive the vehicle to such places as United Parking LLC deems fit during any period of custody, retention or control.
4. The acceptance of this digital ticket constitutes an agreement between the vehicle owner and United Parking LLC, property manager, property owner ( Collectively " Management") 1.Management is not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence, or otherwise , unless it shall appear that the loss or damage was caused by willful act misappropriation on the part of the Management or its employees. 2. All claims for adjustment must be presented before vehicle leaves facility. 3. Employees are not authorized to change this agreement. 
5. United Parking LLC may deliver the vehicle to any person:
   1. producing the customer ticket or Text message; or
   2. offering such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle as United Parking LLC deems satisfactory.
6. United Parking LLC may retain the vehicle until the customer ticket or text message is produced or a person offers such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle as United Parking LLC deems satisfactory.
7. United Parking LLC shall have a general lien upon the vehicle and its contents until all sums due for parking and/or other services rendered by United Parking LLC have been paid.
8. Parking charges will be payable in respect of any period of retention and United Parking LLC reserves the right not to deliver the vehicle in accordance with clause 4 above until such charges are paid in full.
9. Subject to the owner or authorized controller’s statutory rights as a consumer which may not be excluded or limited, United Parking LLC limits its liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. The owner or authorized controller may have certain consumer rights in connection with this agreement. To the extent permitted under that legislation, United Parking LLC limits its liability for failure to comply with such a consumer guarantee:
    
    1. in connection with the supply of goods, to any one or more of the following:
       1. the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
       2. the repair of the goods;
       3. the payment of the costs of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
       4. the payment of the costs of having the goods repaired; and
    2. in connection with the supply of services, to one of the following:
       1. the supplying of the services again; or
       2. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
11. We must comply with Privacy Laws. Any personal information provided to us will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
